wake briefly to say hi to Andy and others as they head for bike-ride at 0800hr, everyone had a big night

Sleep in till 1100hr

get up and do rehab workout

meet up with Paul and Matt

email and finish workout

head out to lunch near olympic stadium = AWESOME LUNCH

wander down to river

boat ride for an hour, girl desperate to sell stuff

get dropped off and cross bridge to find temples

tea and coffee at little restaurant

find first temple

walk along river but cant find the side-road to next temple

walk the rest of the river-road, saying hello to local kids and shop-owners

get directions back to the bridge, talking to locals, photo of lady with cigar, buy bread snacks

cross over and walk through markets

toilet stop at KFC

walk across bridge and take night-time photos

walk back to hotel

chill till dinnertime

meet downstairs, Dat wants money for not going on bike-tour

dinner, run into Greg and Alice

walk back to hotel with Greg and Alice

chill in hotel room, emails, read Transmetropolitan, write journal
